本次指南分為“法律與實務(wù)”（Law and Practice）及“趨勢和發(fā)展”（Trends and Development）兩部分：“法律與實務(wù)”部分整體回顧了過去一年中我國傳媒和娛樂領(lǐng)域在交易結(jié)構(gòu)與趨勢、主要市場參與者、風(fēng)險分配、稅務(wù)和政府補(bǔ)助、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與人工智能、流媒體平臺及新興技術(shù)等方面的市場實踐與動態(tài)，并提供實務(wù)見解。“趨勢和發(fā)展”則深入探討了過去一年中國傳媒與娛樂產(chǎn)業(yè)在電影、音樂、游戲及短劇等板塊的前沿發(fā)展，并分析了中美貿(mào)易摩擦對行業(yè)的潛在影響，此外，該部分還進(jìn)一步解讀了《內(nèi)地與香港關(guān)于建立更緊密經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的安排》（CEPA）修訂為外資進(jìn)入內(nèi)地影視產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來的新機(jī)遇，以及與人工智能相關(guān)的著作權(quán)法律難點與最新司法動態(tài)。
The Guide is structured into two sections: Law and Practice and Trends and Development. The Law and Practice section provides a comprehensive overview of China’s media and entertainment sector over the past year, covering deal structures, market participants, risk allocation, taxation and government subsidies, intellectual property and AI, streaming platforms, and emerging technologies, while offering practical insights. The Trends and Development section explores the latest trends in film, music, gaming, and short-form drama, examines the potential impact of US–China trade frictions, and discusses how revisions to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) open new opportunities for foreign investment in Mainland of China’s film and TV industry, alongside emerging complex AI-related copyright issues and related judicial developments.

Previously, Haiwen’s Entertainment Law Practice Group was invited to contribute four articles entitled “NFTs in China: Owning a Sporting Moment” (see here), “Rules to Be Amended to Permit Sino-Foreign Co-Production of Web Series” (see here), “First AI-Generated Picture Copyright Case in the PRC” (see here) and “The Rise of Micro-Drams in China” for the Chambers “Expert Focus” publication(see here). The practice group was also invited for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023 to contribute to the China Chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Advertising & Marketing（see here）.
